I have been taking my families vehicles to County Line for over 16 years. When our family first moved to this area, I tried several service centers for my family's needs, but always came back to County Line, sometimes to fix problems other centers failed to correct or even created! Over the years David's service team has ALWAYS delivered excellent service coupled with genuine kindness and caring for my vehicles and family. Other service centers would brush off my wife or daughters when they needed service, giving them the outdated attitude that if you aren't male, you don't know anything about cars; not County Line. They have always listened to my wife and daughters with the same concern and determination to take of them with equal caring and professionalism. We consider County Line as part of our trusted family. Anyone would be fortunate to have them as part of theirs.

I'm sorry you felt the need to give us a bad rating when your vehicle was not capable of being inspected. North Carolina state law requires the vehicle to be driven after the battery has been disconnected to reset the computer. We repaired the connection problem for you at no charge and thought we had explained the requirements to you but I guess you didn't understand. There is nothing more we could have done for you in this situation. I'm sure any inspection station will tell you the same thing unless they are not performing the inspection correctly. All you have to do to reset it is drive around a while. I fail to see where we failed in this situation unless it was purely through communication and for that I apologize.

David, Cherie, and the whole staff are great! I have been a customer for over 15 years. They have reasonible rates and only do the work that is necessary. They let you know if something needs to be done in the future and will give you an estimate on those repairs. wouldn't go any where else.

Always thorough, these guys check everything when doing an oil change. I also have them do a quick check before I head up the highway to Delaware. I trust them completely.
