I was suppose to have an oil change, replaced spark plugs, along with a few other things. They DID NOT CHANGE MY OIL , they changed my plugs with the WRONG plugs for my vechile, and they were OLD, not to mention they were 3 different kinds. They got an attitude when asked to be reimbursed for the work they didn’t do. There where picture of the gross oil, the oil filter in hand and all the old spark plugs. They barely reimbursed. On top of their prices being too high. I took it to another shop where they charged half the price and did wonderful work. I will never recommend nor go there ever again. Did not even get I’m sorry we didn’t do our job, yet charged you for it.
